I have so much to get done this week so setting some goals will be good!

  1. 100 oz plus fluids
  2. clean one room of the house each day (I actually put them on the calendar!!)
  3. continue minimizing protein shakes vs food (no more than .5 shake a day)

I have a big love for donuts. I really can't be around them. I buy my son raspberry filled white powder donuts. I do not consider those donuts.

I think it's great to have goals. I think having a large number of goals can be overwhelming.

This is my 3rd week without sugar. I'm down 5 pounds. This is still a daily challenge but a little bit easier.

My challenge this week is to get the last dose of calcium in.

And to not eat sugar!

Good post! I love setting goals. The first two are because I just returned from two weeks of vacation and my eating was not the usual shall we say...

  • Eat CAMAW (leaning toward AMAW) all week
  • Keep calories at around 800
  • Go to yoga twice (had a conflict on my usual 3rd day)
  • Get all the Post-vacation unpacking and laundry done and put away (mostly done)
  • Clean the bathrooms (somehow DS does a number in them when we are away)
  • Make appointments that are needed and return calls
