Wearable Technology Activity Trackers - Recommendations??
I have the Fitbit Versa and really like it. It's battery life is about 48ish hours before needing a charge, and it tracks all that you mentioned, plus menstral cycles (if you're anything close to regular, anyway).
I kind of disregard the calories burned, but I do pay attention to active minutes. It does a little happy vibration dance when you meet your step or active minutes goal and it motivates me in kind of a childish way :P
I look at my sleep as a mater of interest/curiosity, but I don't really do much with that info. It also has guided breathing exercises that I enjoy doing right before I go to sleep.

I love my Garmin Vivoactive 3. It does HRV, which is useful.
I don't think many devices use USB/Micro USB - most seem to have proprietary charging cords.
I love that my Garmin has onboard GPS for running/walking.
I believe it does everything you want.

I hope you realize the "calories burned" numbers on any of these devices are NOT accurate and you should not base how much you eat on these estimates.

I have a Fitbit Alta. It does everything you mention except heart rate. It's about 80.00 bucks. I know Fitbit has more elaborate ones that will check heart rate. It is also very user friendly.
