I've tried most of the Premier Protein Clear drinks, they are not bad. I get them on Amazon. But I've found Syntrax Nectar is better and cheaper, plus you don't have all of the plastic bottles to return. Try the sample bundle and see which ones you like before you commit to buying 2lbs of powder. My favorites are Roadside Lemonade, Fuzzy Navel and Twisted Cherry. 1 scoop 100 calories and 23g of protein. All whey protein isolate.

They are like a juice but they have a weird "texture" and after taste. At least the fruit punch one that Sam's Club sells does.

It is the only one I can stand. I only drink the chocolate but I've been told the banana tastes like banana pudding. I get mine at either Sam's Club or Walmart. Sam's has the larger carton.

Protein & water are two essential ingredients in a successful weight loss regimen. My strength and muscle building exercises require additional amounts of both water and protein. Crystal Ligh****er flavoring makes drinking a lot of water much easier and after trying various medical grade protein powders I found the best one to be Inspire PURE unflavored whey protein isolate available at bariatriceating.com. (https://shop.bariatriceating.com/Inspire-Protein-Pure.html)

I have mixed it with both food and liquids and have never detected its presence. It has no fat, sugar, or carbs and only 43mg of salt. One serving (24g) provides 20g of protein. If you want to lose weight it should be from body fat and not muscle. Stay strong!
