Weight Loss Goals for WLS

I am just under 5 feet 5 inches and was 376 at my heaviest weight. I was like 319 I think at surgery. My doctor gave me the goal of 170. I blew past that and have maintained with in a few pounds bounce for a very long time now. I go for my 3 year check at the end of this month. I think that in all honesty most doctors give a bit of a conservative goal if they even give a goal. They know what they would like to see the patients get to but know that unless the individual is very compliant that goal will not be reached.

My surgeon's goal for me was going from 330 to 150. My lowest was 114, but ended up maintaining between 125-130 long term.
