Where did the summer go? What worked, what didn't?
For me it was creating a daily (weekday) exercise regiment. I got up early and went to the gym before work. I knew if I waited until the afternoon or evening I would find some excuse to skip it. Now when I have a weight stall I tell myself it's from all the nice tone muscle I'm building so I don't get so discouraged.
What I could have done better? Once I started exercising I got too lax on stretching out my nice tone muscles. I now have my nutritionist AND my chiropractor lecturing me about it. I told them to pick one or the other because multi tasking just doesn't work for me! (They didn't buy it).
I got serious about working out and committed to it. Turns out I love it.
I also got serious about meal prepping and finding new recipes to try and that worked well.
