Drink your water...
I don't think I get 15g of fiber per month. Not unless they started putting fiber in ham or chicken. And I drink over 200 ounces a day. I couldn't even tell you the last time I had a fruit or veg. And I'm regular as clockwork, too.

I work really hard to get over 120 oz a day. Most days I get even more in, some days are a struggle. Having a system in place that's working for me right now, it's on the way of becoming a long term habit! As far as the other end goes, I have trouble off and on... Working with my doctor to get it working consistently.

I'm happy to report that I'm doing much better with hydration / drinking water this past week.
One successful change I've made is to put fill water glasses around the house where I wind up working, sitting, passing by. They really remind me to drink more.
