B12 Deficiency question
Here's a thought that may or may not be useful to you ....
Because we've all heard about B12 and iron deficiencies (and yes, many people do have them) I think it may be easy to assume that when we feel run down that B12 and/or iron are the silver-bullet reasons for our tiredness.
There are any number of other reasons why this could be happening. So until you find out what's actually causing your tiredness, maybe you should hold off on medicating yourself.

Actually, the OP has had bloodwork done 3 times over the course of the last 4 or 5 months, and their B12 dropped each time. It's well past the point where any long term RNYer wants their B12.
Given the steady downward trend, it's clear the amount of B12 they have been taking has not been enough. Whether or not it is the source if her fatigue is beside the point. Taking additional B12 to stop the downward spiral is not the same as medicating herself.
