Does anyone have the Foreign Service Benefit Plan insurance?

I have the FSBP insurance plan, and i am doing a 6 month program with my drs office. I seem to recall at some point in the info session talk of Aetna requiring that your weight go down through the 6 month program and never going up...is this true for the FSBP which is administered by Aetna? I've emailed the FSBP help desk twice and get no answers when I try to get all their info. If losing weight was easily doable, I wouldn't be in the program, right? This is causing me anxiety every time I get weighed in. Thanks for any help.

My Aetna just stipulates "no net weight gain". But your plan might be different.

Check if the plan guidelines are online.

I've checked FSBP's online materials and emailed them twice with no response, that's why I was asking here.
