There are many horrible things, emotional and physical both. For me, I look back on what I was doing to my body and I've posted things off and on about what I would eat. Here is an example of any typical day towards the end when I was "done" with living. I figured I was ready to leave the world and had my way out, so I didn't care.

A typical day during that time was once a day fast food, big orders, Dr. Pepper. Several cans of soda. Stopping by the dollar store for king size candy bars, consuming several of them in a day, 1-2 large bags of chips usually with dip, a whole package of my favorite cookies (Golden Oreo's) with milk of course, because I wasn't a monster, PLUS three square meals a day and usually part of the leftovers. Is it any wonder I weighed nearly 500 pounds? No. I was eating my emotions and hoping to not wake up the next day.
