When I first came on OH over 14 years ago the one thing that gave me hope, when there was none... And that was viewing all the before and after photos and reading about the successful stories on the home page.

You look amazing! You should be very proud of yourself. I admire and look up to you especially because of the regain/loss journeys you have been on.

Height = 5'2 Age = 37 Surgery Date = August 13, 2012 HW = 231lbs LW = 131lbs

Regain SW = 209.6 CW = 191.2 Goal Weight = 157.6 lbs

The only way you will see results is if you stay consistent!
