Yum! Kind of a NSV

i had posted about food fatigue in the VSG forum. I had gotten into the habit of easy food...which is ok but I was getting bored. Which lead to bad choices for me at times. Sunday I started with a new mindset. Starting to cook and/or prepare food.
i made the recipe I mentioned previously on Sunday and have it put up in the freezer.
I'm so happy with the dinner I just had. It was extremely tasty and healthy. I had three slices of cucumber topped with 1 tbs of cream cheese split amongst the three. A bit of garlic pepper and finally smoked salmon sliced thin. About an oz. I sprinkled it with a bit of dill. It was delicious! The first time I was able to eat salmon and like it since surgery.
Just made me happy today!

I looooove smoked salmon. I've got some in my freezer that I never remember I've got!
