I had 90 lbs regain because of poor food choices and lack of exercise. I was good at avoiding having my picture taken, however I finally saw a picture of me posted on Facebook by my cousin, and that was the final straw. I knew I was large, but that photo was a total smack in the face for me. Over the last 4 years, I've been on a roller coaster of losing 50 lbs and gaining back 30. On a good note I kept about 35-40% off each time I regained.
I finally found a motivation that's able to keep me going. Over the last 10 months I've lost over 50 and am still going strong. Another 25 lbs and I'll be at my lowest weight I've ever been post surgery.
It's been said before, and I'll say it again, "Regain can come off". It may take some time, but if you're determined to have a new life, it can and will happen! For me it took numerous times over a 4 year period.
