>> Here lately food does not sound good I have been craving shakes. I will start to eat and then it doesn't hit the spot.. Any suggestions?

Liquids will slide right through your sleeve and provide no satisfaction. You need to be looking for lean, dense protein that will stay in your stomach for a long time.

If you really want a milkshake, I'd suggest sticking a protein shake in the freezer, or running it through the blender with some ice cubes. That'll be a much better choice.

Many of us experience "diet fatigue" at first, and finding something appealing takes work. I'd suggest trying as many things you can think of-- high protein and low carb-- so go meat-shopping and try lots of different things!
