Nope and I would never begin to attempt guessing lol. They are very filling energizing and calorie - light ( and almost gluten-free ... just leave off the breadcrumbs )
ive never counted calories frankly ... just eat good choices till I get full . We actually do own a self-regulating overeating- preventer called a TOOL ya know ? I trust mine :) after all eight years post op she hasn't betrayed me yet
This actually feels a little condescending I'm sure you didn't mean it that way, but it kind of comes across like that. A lot of people never make it to goal or regain significant amounts of weight back because they stop looking at nutritional information. We can and totally should use our tool for the rest of our lives and I'm so glad yours has worked so well for you! That's amazing and great job, but some people do need to use a little more caution (I know I'm one! lol) so that we can get and stay where we want to be.
PS - Thanks for the recipe! I might make these for my family, I'm sure they'd love them.

Check OP's post history. She often posts terrible advice not rooted in science or nutrition, and has a very high opinion of herself compared to other posters here.

lol don't know about that high opinion Julie . Maybe other posters feel like that but honestly I just want everyone to feel totally free in eating and so forth and also to be totally successful in what they'd dreamed their body could be .
I've been very pleasantly surprised how flexible I can be with my eating exercise and even drinking ...and still maintain a bikini worthy outrageously healthy body .. every day.
You know how great it feels to OWN your body to be athletic and ahead of the pack ... my posts I hope might help guide others to lifelong health and contentment with their shape and weight.

"A bikini worthy outrageously healthy body" sounds like a pretty high opinion :)

Not if it's true !
Honestly I just want everyone to enjoy the great health high energy level and body confidence I've enjoyed all these years since my lifesaving surgery .
Believe me Julie ... I NEVER imagined I'd have abs or could rock a sports bra . Or that I'd enjoy wearing a regular ( speedo ) swimsuit much less a bikini.
I grow tired of everyone attacking this woman's posts. I read it and her reply was reasonable. She posted a recipe that she loves. She's 8 years out. Us newbies know what to eat and what not to eat. If you need to use caution, understandable, just don't partake.
I get it, but I haven't seen anything too crazy recently. I just notice she gets slammed on everything she posts. Not worth my integrity to dump on someone over a croquette recipe.
