Winning!
I'm coming up on 3 years post op, and I just got back from 2 weeks in Scotland. Funny thing is, I lost 3 pounds on vacation. Gotta love hiking the Isle of Skye and only staying 2 nights in each place.
I hope everyone is doing well. I'm maintaining at around 163 pounds, and my 3 year surgiversary is coming up on August 4th.
Scotland is on our "bucket list " to travel to. One day we will do that. But you will not find me biking there. or anywhere. Unless it is a motorcycle type biking and I am a passenger. My honey knows that and he is OK with that.
Talking about "honey", how is you DH doing? doe she like his sleeve ? how is his progress?

Congratulations to you on your 3rd surgiversary. You are doing so great and I'm glad you had a good time in Scotland! I'm going there for a few days in September as part of a trip (I've never been).

Deanna, what a happy post. I have also never been to Scotland and really want to go. I think I'd love it, given everything I've heard about its wild beauty.
Congrats on enjoying your life so much. It can be so good. :)
