Congrats!! You should be very very proud of yourself. That is amazing! Enjoy every moment and I know you will do great with maintenance.

Height = 5'2 Age = 37 Surgery Date = August 13, 2012 HW = 231lbs LW = 131lbs

Regain SW = 209.6 CW = 191.2 Goal Weight = 157.6 lbs

The only way you will see results is if you stay consistent!

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

Congratulations thats a major accomplishment, maintaining your drive to get to your goal is hard, after the first bunch of weight dropped you start feeling so much better, even though you still need to lose more, you can lose motivation, seeing others make there goal is a great boost for all of us.
