Shannon you've got this thing! You've come so far...don't let a slowdown get you down...they happen and you WILL power through! Change up your exercise routine a bit, go back to the original diet (pure protein) and lots of water...it'll move you forward...get an appointment with your therapist and talk it through. You can and you will do this. Rock on girl...you are strong and the choice you made to have this surgery was a wise one. Now breathe and know you will succeed!

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I started counting my protein again today because the last two weeks I've been slacking a little. I also cut the evening snack out, and I added weights to my exercise regimen. I'm so pumped!!! Failure is not an option.
