Unique NSV

Hi all! I had a cool NSV of sorts today I wanted to share. For the past few years my sister-in-law has worked on tourism commercials. She often asks family & friends to be in the spots, but this is the first time she ever asked me. Of course she did not outright say that asking me now has anything to do with my weight, but she has mentioned the appearance of cast many times before, so I think it is pretty apparent that's what is going on. (I'll save my thoughts on media representation of larger bodies for another time lol!). No idea if I will actually make it into the final cut of the spot, but we'll see!

Anyways, it was fun to be part of the filming and I felt pretty comfort in front of the camera. At 326 I often felt self-conscious just having my picture taken. And I was able to walk all around, up and down steps, etc in the blazing heat and felt fine! Pretty cool :)

Jess, that's wonderful, what a good NSV! It is possible she never asked you because she knew it would be hard for you to do steps and be in the sun in the past. Plus knowing you were uncomfortable in front of the camera. Now you exude confidence, just what she needed! I hope you make the final cut, maybe you can share it with us if you do!(Edited for grammatical error:-)
