Pathology Report - Decipher?

I got the pathology report back from my sleeve surgery, and was hoping someone could decipher it for me? I know there are lots of science and medical pros here...
I think everything looks normal and I'm sure my team would contact me if there were problems, but it's all Greek (or Latin) to me! LOL
The "Final Diagnosis" part is the relevant part, everything else is just descriptive.
And then it's basically saying that the part of the stomach that was removed has "no definite pathologic alteration" which translates to "nothing wrong that we can tell."
From the gross description, it says that your rugal folds are pretty, but have "polypoid granularity." There are no masses or nodules though. I'd ask my doctor about that phrase and what it means. Chances are it's a normal variation, but I've found it never hurts to ask. Quick skimming of literature shows that it could be from gastritis.
Note: I am not a doctor, I've just studied a lot of medical **** I recommend asking your doctor for a medical opinion if you're concerned.
