Sadly we here on OH called this one! We knew she was headed for regain.
I agree. I got too small a few times due to IBS or hernias. I did not fell good when my body fat % gets below 20 and my body is cannibalizing my muscles for energy.
I think the major problem is to stop gaining once you reach the desired point. When I started gaining - I gained more than I planned while building muscles. My body got used to extra food and energy.

I understand what you are saying Amy, but when you see what she was eating daily I think it's more of not having control than putting weight on. I got down to 110 pounds and it was too low for me as well. However, when I added 500 cals a wee****il I stopped losing and gained a few pounds that was done with protein, veggies and fruit, not fried food, donuts and chips.

I'm sure the editing makes it seem she really much more off track than she really is. She also has some serious health issues and might be gaining weight from medications. I know I gained 50 pounds because I was having to take several different types of medication. My RYN was in 2003. The gain was in 2014. I was able to stop the medication in 2016, and have lost the weight. Some compassion might go along ways for anyone who is suffering in anyway. No, I'm not a big fan of Mama June, nor a posted on here, but I do read the post and pray for each of you.
