That's awesome! I totally suck at the eliptical, I just can't get my feet coordinated to make it work. Great job!!

Oh that's fun, I've only kept one of my biggest size, and been giving others away as they fall off (literally, you know you've put them on stop to turn around and boom they're at your ankles).

It's already been mentioned in a specific context (I think by Gwen), but one of my favorite NSV's is simply fitting. Everywhere.
Lots of doc visits lately = lots of BP taking by nurses. With the regular cuff fitting. I was so heavy before that they always had to switch out to the large cuff. It was so cool to see that large cuff hanging on the wall and staying there!
Great thread Julie =)
I am running consistent 9 to 9:10 minute miles for 3 miles. I am pleased as I started to push myself and am hoping to get to 8:45 pace.

I took my kids to New Orleans for a visit. We usually walked 15 minutes and no further. I was too tired and hot to walk anymore when I was heavier. We walked for 3 hours nonstop in the heat. It was my 7 year old who quit walking. He laid down on the side walk and cried," I am hot and tired. I'm not walking anymore." I had to carry him back to the car because he literally would not move one more step. All 52 lbs of him! It's weird to think I have lost the weight equivalent of almost 2 1/2 of my kid or 125 lbs. I don't know how I carried that much weight on my body before.
