Waist Measurement Matters!!

I did not lose any inches after my lower body lift. I had 2 square feet of skin removed and it weighed around 3 pounds.

This is such an important point to make Laura. I think body shape plays a huge part as well as age.

I am 5'4 and weigh 123 lbs. I always carried my weight evenly. Big arms, belly, butt, thighs and calves. Of course not in the boobs though :)

I remember you posting about taking your measurements and how important that was as a measuring stick of success as much as the scale. I took monthly measurements during my first 18 months and was always so glad to see that proof of health in Black and White.

Thank you for that wonderful advice from 6 years ago! It has served me well. I have a 25" waist today and I've thought of your encouragement more than once when I pull on the Levi's that proclaim it loud and proud!
