2yr check up
Had my 2yr check up today. The doc was very happy. Said i had more than exceeded expectations, which is always nice to hear. Had several "goal weights" while losing. I kept adjusting it lower, as i met the desired weight. My final goal was 175, which i hit about a year out. I have been plus or minus a few lbs. since but pretty much maintaining. Today I weighed in at 174.
The last couple of years have been a learning experience (some trial and error) but over all a great ride. I could not be more happy with the outcome, only wish i had pursued it earlier.
Roach, I'm so happy for you. I've followed you for a few years here. Glad to see you doing so well.
