Thank you! It's been hard work with bumps in the road, but it's been worth it and I feel strong enough in the habits I've formed. Thank goodness I got on the tracking habit early and now I even enjoy meal planning and tracking. Though, I've always been weird and enjoyed plan making in general lol.
I am super proud of you for working so hard for your health!!
Please remember to keep working hard every single day!!

Every day is hard work, but I love the pay off
Remember that if you find yourself falling back into your old habits. Us former heavyweights have a much harder time staying at goal. I know people who have gained 150 pounds back. It makes me sad tor them, but they stopped doing what they needed to do.

It is definitely a worry. I of course worry about if I fail in the future and have a fear of regain. Am trying to make that a healthy fear to keep me motivated and stay with the lessons I've learned, i.e. tracking in MFP and pre-planning my days. I do much better and am happier following a plan than I am winging the day's meals. My biggest problem with eating was always emotional eating, so far thanks to the work I've done with my therapist, my emotional eating has deteriorated significantly. Thankfully, I'm not disillusioned that life gets easier from here and that I'm cured of my tendencies. I had a life time to form those bad habits, it's going to be hard work forever to keep them at bay. I've learned so much from you all along the way as well and the value of a support group especially early on has been immense.
That's amazing, and so inspiring!

Thanks! You all have inspired me! I'm very happy with my progress and myself. I'm down to 170 and preparing things to start maintenance. This journey would be a lot harder without you all!
