Belly Fat

so I've lost nearly 55 pounds now. I think most of it has been below the waist and my arms. I've lost 4 inches in my stomach...which I am happy with! But...i'd Like to step up the loss in that area.

Does anyone have any tips? I do exercise at least 5 days a week. I'm active everyday. Any tips?

Sadly it is impossible to target weight loss.

You can't spot reduce. It'll go when it goes. I'd like to reduce the size of my hips and butt, but it's just the way I'm shaped. Keep doing what you're doing and your belly will get smaller. :D

wouldn't if be nice, I'd love to lose more from my belly too, I no longer have a butt, and the boobs are hanging lower every day. But at least I'm looking healthier.

While you cannot target loss, you can do more to firm and define one area than another. I have found that Pilates (both mat and reformer) have whittled my waist and helped tighten and shape my core muscles.

Keep on losing!

Many of us lose unevenly at first but as we get closer to our goal we seem to even out. Just hang in there!!
