medicated body powder?
So, kind of an embarassing question, but does anyone have any recommendations for medicated body powders to help prevent/treat some of the under-fold rashes/moisture issues?
Now that it's getting warmer the issue seems to be getting worse...
I've been using regular Johnson & Johnson's medicated baby powder with Vitamin E. and it works OK but I feel like there is probably a better option out there...
the Gold Bond powder doesn't seem to work quite as well and doesn't feel as finely milled.
should I try like an anti-fungal powder? what about the powder sprays like for feet?
anyone use anything like this?

Have you tried Lady Anti-Monkey Butt powder? I used it when I lived in Miami. (And don't be embarrassed, it's how we find what works!)

Thanks! I think I will try this. I looked at Walmart this weekend and they only had the men's version...not sure if there is a big difference but I am going to look online for the lady one.
I think that a powder will work better for me than a cream or gel since the issue is caused by moisture so I feel like a gel or cream would just perpetuate the issue.

The difference between the men's and women's Monkey Butt powder is scent, mostly. And the women's canister is pink. I like Monkey Butt and Gold Bond.
Keep on losing!

I have an antifungal powder that my OBGYN prescribed to me after my c section because it kept it dry during healing, but I think a cream would make it worse eventually...I will start documenting it though.
thanks!

As mentioned above, Lady Anti-Monkey Butt (lord I love that name!) works great.
I also use Monistat Complete Care Chafing Relief Powder Gel. I like it a lot because it goes on like a gel but dries to a fine, silky powder. It's easier to put on than messy powders.

I admit, I tried it the first time based on name alone!

Ive heard that Monistat gel works very well on inner thighs during shorts season. not sure about putting it where moisture gets trapped though. I feel like I need something that will absorb the moisture...
I'm going to try the anti monkey butt powder!
