I found a summary article of the possible discovery of the cause of PCOS! If this is it, it could lead to a cure. This is easily the biggest advancement in PCOS since I was diagnosed. Like I said in another thread I am cautiously optimistic but a cool read either way.

That's so exciting! I'm very grateful that my PCOS did not cause fertility, but I would so love to be done with the many other symptoms.
