Thoughts on frozen, but cooked meat from companies like Tyson?

I've been using Tyson's fully cooked grilled chicken breast and it tastes really good. I was just curious about how accurate the nutrition label can be? It's only 90 calories for 3oz compared to 130 calories for 4oz of raw chicken breast with only 1 or 2 difference in protein. Obviously, there are more unnecessary ingredients in the pre-cooked to keep it preserved, but I was just concerned about accuracy of the label since it seems like so little calories for the protein.

I've got a pack in my freezer (not same as what you posted) but they are grilled fillets. They are horribly salty imo so I've not touched them again. Too bad cause it's convenient.

Thankfully these aren't too salty in taste. More so than fresh chicken, but these are pretty good. I hate foods that taste too salty.

With chicken, it all depends on if they are breaded, which will increase the carbs -- some have more carbs than protein. But calories also depend on how much fat they have.

Most precooked chicken is way too high in carbs and calories. But those Tyson grilled chicken strips and nuggets have very good stats. I've eaten 8 gazillions of those.

Great! Yeah I don't go for the breaded strips. The stats on these seemed so good for such a convienient item!

"Caveman?" Coming from someone who complains about name-calling and bullying on the boards?

Classy as always.

I keep a bag, in the freezer, all the time, for when I run out of what I am SUPPOSED to have pre-cooked, and bagged up, for several days :)

We get the package of rotisserie chicken breast meat from Costco and keep that in the fridge. It's great for making chicken salad or throwing into a skillet with some sauce and veggies.

We get this too - I love Costco's rotisserie chicken - and I weigh and bag it for individual servings of 3 Oz. then toss it in the freezer to take to work for my lunches. It's soooooo convenient and yummy!
