It might not replace logging, but since I hate logging I'm going to see if I can do without it.

So if you're not logging does that also mean you're not weighing/measuring your food?

My honeymoon lasted exactly 30 months. I lost my weight, lost an extra ten pounds and thought I had beat obesity. I was a bit annoyed when my surgeon advised me to lose an additional ten or even twenty pounds.

Then at 30 months, my weight shot up five pounds overnight. I sort of laughed about it. I was still under goal and still skinny.

Then the next month, another five pounds and the month after that it happened again. My goal is 136 and I got to 142. I joined Weigh****chers.

I have been fighting weight gain ever since. The closest I have been is 130. I have never got to the 120's again. Every year, this becomes harder. Every year I must eat less and fight harder.

I have a scale that tracks weight, BMI, water, muscle, fat and bone weight. I always know exactly what is going on. I use My Fitness Pal, the treadmill, work out videos, the gym and the pool. I track steps and sleep. I read labels, weigh and measure portions, limit salt, fat, and carbs and calories.

It is not fair, but the battle never ends.

What brand of scale is that? I would love to check into something like that!
