I'm regaining.

No I don't track either one, nor do I track my calcium chews, since they are all a "given" for me. I use sugar-free coffeemate in my coffee (15 calories a tablespoon). I have 4 cups of coffee a day (all between 6:15 am and noon).

I wish this was easier too, but after my history of failure I feel that having this kind of structure works best (at least for me).

I use HWC and every cup of coffee is 104 calories for that "splash of dairy". I doubt most people measure a tablespoon, which is why it is important to measure and log EVERYTHING that passes your lips.

We all kid ourselves on our intake unless we weigh and log everything, it's why people regain so easily.

I use 1 TBSP of HWC (50 calories) in my coffee. I actually have TBSP's everywhere, including in my bag for when I go to Starbucks, LOL.

1 tablespoon would be like drinking it black for me. It's why I only manage 2 or 3 cups during the day, I can't afford the calories of drinking any more than that

I know for a fact my gain is directly attributed to excessive coffee (ie-cream) related. It adds up super fast!

Oh I'm pretty sure I could get the count over 200. Cream in coffee is a dangerous paradise for me.

I think I'm doing OK. Maintaining +/- 3#. No cravings for carbs or sugar. But I get squirrelly in my head if I go too long without nourishment or "fuel" as I call it. I eat to live now.

I just bought a VItaMix so I can maje my own almond butter without added sugar or oil. Researching recipes now. I still have a Premier protein shake and Quest bar everyday. I can't handle more than one cup of food per meal. Dinner was chicken salad with a tad bit of graded parm cheese. Could not finish.

Cant tolerate lettuce anymore but cooked spinach is OK. I can tolerate brussel sprouts, go figure. Whole nuts kill me, but almond butter is fine.

My liver enzymes are up, so I have appt with my internal med doc next month. Will be getting blood work and beed a liver scan. My surgeons office said to follow up with my internal med doc. Back to Cleveland Clinic.

I take all my vitamins religiously. I'm a bit stressed. I was laid off, on COBRA now, started s new job but health insurance doesn't kick in until June 1st. Very concerned about my liver. I'm not turning yellow but (TMI) BM look kind of light in color. Trust me on that.

I will admit I'm a bit scared now.
