How to add surgery type and date

When you poor asking for support and or a question, it's important to know what surgery type you are having and the date you are going to have and or have already had it. Here is how you add your surgery type and date.

To update/change your surgery info do the following: If you are using a laptop, you can add your surgery date by doing the following:

1.) Click the * in the upper right hand corner
2.) Click Medical History
3.) Click add surgery or the little wrench icon to edit
4.) Add or Update your surgery date, type and surgeon
5.) Save
