That is painful to read. I thought she said she was college educated on the show?!

anyhow, she lost a great opportunity to have the surgery and get her life back. I do not support her decision to ask for $$ for the surgery but it's her life and I hope she finds what she is looking and she truly gets some help

She's only received $75 on the GoFundMe.

What struck me Julie was we both know it does not cost $50,000 for the VSG in Houston and if she goes back to her home state even less. So all that money she is asking for is not just for surgery.

Yeah, she said she wants to tell the "true story," so who knows what that involves with the extra money!

She may get some money....her account is up to $135..

To add - I don't think there are many docs who operate on a person her size.

Plus - most likely she is on SSD with government type insurance thay would pay for her surgery....she wants money for her... And her DH. He is as bad as she is.

Your right about the surgeon and larger BMI's. I am not aware of another surgeon that operations on larger sizes... BTW, I think Dr. Now charges $18,000 for the VSG.... And if she is on SSD any money she raises I thought the government takes it?

Let's hope she changes her mind and get help before she runs out of time!
