5 months post op and 90 down!!

VSG on 11/07/17

This includes the 27lbs pre-op but I'm still happy! Saturday my husband and I returned to a local park that we frequent. There is a nature trail, and a year ago I walked it and mid way I seriously thought I wouldn't make it. Ambulance crossed my mind, but I pressed on and got through. Well this weekend I walked it effortlessly. It really was easy. I can't believe how out of shape and unhealthy I was. Below are a couple of pics from our walk. This is right before we started on the trail. My life is amazing now. Everyday I'm healthier and happier. This surgery has truly been a blessing!
