Bone Broth anyone?

Dang, I wish you lived near me! My dogs (and ME!) would definitely take the bones off your hands.

And I've never tasted ass...but if it's as yummy as my bone broth, maybe I should!

Thanks for the recipe! I recently started intermittent fasting (24-hour periods) and bone broth is one of the recommended things to drink while fasting, so I'm glad to have this! :)

I think it's a wonderful thing to have post op, and I make it through the winter while I have a fire going on my wood stove non-stop. It's so inexpensive to make, and so delicious. I can it after making it for use through the rest of the year.

I'm making it ahead for after surgery.

Valerie, I think I remember you from when I was here a number of years back...5 or 6 maybe? I was contemplating surgery then, but after the initial seminar decided I could do it on my own, without surgery.

And here I am. Fatter than I was then. My surgery date will be scheduled on May 17!!!

Yeah, I've been poking around here for about 14 years, give or take.
