Who wants to share something they've accomplished lately? I don't care if you're pre-op, recently had surgery, or you're a 5+ year vet. Tell me why you're proud of yourself!

Here's mine: I'm halfway through my "Fresh Meat" roller derby training program. To graduate, you need to be able to skate 27 laps around the track in 5 minutes. At my first practice two months ago, I could do 6 laps. This week, I did 20 laps and didn't fall!
I'm still working on regain, but I definitely could not have done this at my highest weight.

That's probably a smart move! You get to watch all the fun, but you don't end up with any bruises and you don't have to handle diaper explosions

Congratulations, Julie!
Here's mine. On Fridays, my job involves going to one of the local hospital's and making contacts with 5 different units case managers. That's walking to 5 different units on 3 different floors. If the case manager wasn't there, I'd have to move on to the next unit and go back to catch the case manager later. So, it's a lot of walking. When I started this in February, I was huffing and puffing, a lot! I had just had surgery in January, and I was thinking this might kill me. LOL. But, I have been increasing my activity by doing water therapy exercises and walking my dog more. Today when I went to the hospital, I noticed that I was not huffing and puffing at all! Yay me!
