Hi! I found a vitamin for your sheet if you want it! I'm kinda stoked about these! These are the iron free version - I haven't started them yet, but they look ever-so-promising - have you heard of them? (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XS5JCD7/ref=oh_aui_deta ilpage_o02_s03?ie=UTF8&psc=1):

  1. They are inexpensive ($20/for 30)
  2. You can get them on Amazon
  3. You only need ONE a day!!

The bolded ones are the ASMBS Recommendations (thanks to you for that amazing spreadsheet!) - and these meet or exceed those recommendations except for Calcium - and I was going to do the chews for that anyway. There are TWO versions that have different dosages of iron!

I've never seen these before, but they look like they would be a good choice!

They do work out to be a bit more expensive than two multi's a day, though. I pay $5 each (BOGO free) for a bottle of 365 multivitamins at Walgreen's, and two pills will get you to about the same spot.

Important to note the type of surgery you've had.

I had the DS, and we do not absorb fat soluble vitamins easily. I know 10k IU of A is not nearly enough for me. I need 100K IU per day to keep in the normal range. Same with D (I take 100 to 150K IUs per day).

I absorb Bs normally- so I actually cut back on my b supplement.
