1 year surgiversary

VSG on 03/28/17

I post here a lot, so I won't write a big thing. I just wanted to thank everyone so much for guiding me over the last year. I'm so thankful for OH and for VSG. Here is a brief recap of my year:

Lost 14lbs on 10 day liquid diet
Surgery in mexico at 209
At original goal of 135 6 months after surgery
Lost down to 121 but some of that was a nasty stomach bug
Today I'm 126 and trying to get down to the low 120s again
I'm still trying to figure out maintenance and very aware of how easy it would be to gain weight. My willpower is exhausted after the last year and I'm not always making the best choices. I'm settling in for the long-term fight to keep my weight in the 120s.

I'm always open to answering questions. I've gone from a size 18 to a size 2 and I'm thrilled. Thank you OH!

HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.

Congratulations. Just know maintenance is a range out weight will fluctuate.
