Mer****hink I'm happier about seeing you in the 100's than I've been about anyone getting there in a really long time. Congratulations!

It's always really cool to see onederland posts, but I'm extra happy when I know it's someone who has taken advice and made good changes early out. Many of us think we're doing just great and our struggles are basically over ("100 pounds gone forever!"). Not all advice is good advice and it takes real discipline to sift through and take that sometimes more difficult but ultimately more successful path.

Yay!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you! That means so much to me to read.

I definitely know my struggles are ongoing and will probably always be, but that's really just life in general! I am so happy with my progress, but I'm nowhere close to finished. Work work work!

I have seen you on here from the start and you have done so well! Great job! I know it is hard and sometimes very frustrating to not let others bother you with their ideas on your food but just try to let it roll off your back. People just don't get it. I have a person who still (2&1/2) years after surgery will keep asking about what I am eating and what I weigh etc. and I am just like I eat food and I weigh enough. Just keep doing what works for you.

Lost 161 lbs since surgery, LOST 221 lbs overall so far!!

WOW you have lost an incredible amount of weight! I am so very proud of you! Remain vigilant and ignore the food pushers. I am now 4 years and 4 months out and I have come to realize no one notices what I eat, how much I eat, or cares. I used to feel self-conscious about it but now I am like, hey I know what I need to do. When I feed my family pancakes, they know I might be eating a turkey and cheese roll-up or some tuna fish lol. They joke that I am "unique". So be unique, keep fighting the good fight, and be very proud of what you have accomplished!!!
