I was cold all the time when I was fat and I'm still even colder now. My BF is always hot. It gets confusing to others. Thyroid is normal and I take 50mcg a day of generic Synthroid. I only have half of thyroid left d/t nodules. Was removed in mid 90s.
Im sitting her in my Jammie bottoms, a hat, long sleeve T-shirt and a hoodie. Heat is up to 72F.
If BF here he'd be schvitzing to death. I'm just comfortable now.

I hear that Electric blankets, electric mattress covers and even heating pads are cancer causing? I know people say so many things are cancer causing but what are people's feeling on using blankets and mattress pads daily? I would love an electric blanket but always a concern of mine and use a heating pad very scarce for myself and children for this reason of the cancer scare.
Instead when cold put on layers of blankets, which can be annoying as heavy.
