I'm not as cold as I was in the first 9-12 months post-op (at 2 years now), but I am colder than pre-WLS. I find that living in Florida in the winter helps (LOL).

I live in Arizona, and I'm STILL freezing at 4.5 years out.

I use a space heater at my desk. I also have an electric blanket and electric shawl that I use at work. I own an enormous collection of cardigans and fuzzy socks!

Where in AZ? I am actually seriously thinking about a move to Phoenix. Not that I plan to stalk you lol! I've always liked AZ and I like the warmer winters and dry heat of summer.

I'm in Tucson, though I go up to Phoenix a few times a year. I'm happy to answer any questions about desert life if you'd ever like to PM :)

I'm in the Phoenix area (Gilbert) - would also be happy to answer any Qs about the area; I've been here 5 years on Sunday so can also give tips on what it's like to be a newbie.

I better not say this is a family friendly board! Lol....kidding

my hands are always cold , I am not a politician but have to shake a lot of hands in my line of work and I get some glances . I feel like people wonder if I have a pulse.

We have an electric blanket on our bed and I walk around the house in pj?s instead of only boxer and some awsome ll bean moccasin slippers that are so warm !!

**edited to add- I had not seen Grims post until I had already replied , should have known he would have beat me to that response...lol
