I should have added k-cups to my post as well! The amount of k-cups I go through seems insane. Funny thing is, I used to hate coffee before surgery. Now I love it, even just black.

I'm loving this thread! And getting so many good ideas I'd never heard of or thought of in a long time.

Thanks to all who are laying it down here. :)

I like cooking so my kitchen is always pretty well-stocked, but stuff I tend to buy regularly:

whole milk (for making Greek yogurt)

Chobani or Fage plain yogurt (to use as a yogurt starter)

berries

pork chops

fish

Trader Joe's high fiber cereal

canned pumpkin

unsweetened cashew milk (or almond if they're out of cashew)

canned tomatoes

dried beans

avocados

celery

sugar free Cool Whip

sugar free pudding

cottage cheese

L&F yogurt (for an occasional low-cal snack)

peanut butter

veggies (type depends on what I'm making that week)

Catwoman ... talk to me about "canned pumpkin." How do you use it / cook with it?

Hi - I use it for a couple of things:

1) homemade pumpkin Greek yogurt

2) the crustless protein pie recipe that was posted here on OH right before Thanksgiving (I make this a couple times a month)

3) protein pumpkin latte shakes
