I feel like I'm always grocery shopping! I try to buy a few things in larger amounts though. For me it's plain, greek yogurt, greek cream cheese especially lately, and from Sam's Club, premier protein shakes. Oh and babybel mini wheels. I love the mozzarella ones! What's your "must keep at all times" items?

I always have eggs, bacon, cans of tuna, an onion, garlic, avocado, chicken breast tenders (so versatile!), ground turkey, honey roasted turkey from the deli, and munster or havarti cheese. Those items let me make Mexican food, Italian food, American food...with a variety of flavors!

I am curious what everyone else will weigh in with. I might get some ideas...

Hey that is my grocery list. Like exactly. Mexican food, italian food.

I love bacon, but it's just hardly any protein for too many calories for me. I know that's nit-picky, I just can't get past it!

Eggs are always on my list. I like to go to the store a few times a week.

I I try to make things and freeze them into single servings.

I have a habit of buying that I like for a little while. Then change and want to throw it up. Not literally but I don't have an appetite for it.

I seem to be able to eat the same thing every day without beginning to hate it. Though at times I do crave a different kind of meat than chicken.

Crock pots are awesome for making meats tender

Yes, I love mine! I have a tiny 1-2 person crock pot, and then I have a big insta-pot that I absolutely love.

Greek yogurt and sugar-free Jello pudding, when I need something sweet (otherwise I try to limit artificial sweetener). Other items include chicken breast, apples, bananas, string cheese...

My eating is pretty boring.

I use a lot of artificial sweetener. I am thankful it doesn't give me headaches like it does some. I am trying to ween off of it little by little though and reduce my intake.
