I don't feel brave some days. Some days I feel just terrified.

I post honestly from my heart. I truly want to help others.

Me helping others helps me.

Daily before I went to meetings I could not stop drinking. I couldn't go a day without booze.

I looked better but my insides were dying from what I was putting in my body.

Life is so much better sober.
