You don't say if you are a man or woman, but if you're a woman, is it possibly that time of month? Your period can cause you to gain from water weight...just a thought.

I'm a woman. Sorry about that!

That time of the month definitely affects my weight, but it's not nearly that time for me yet. I wish I could figure out what's wrong.

Edited because it was obvious my brain wasn't working and I didn't read the OP's post right lol

Good luck, though! Hopefully things will level out and you'll see weight dropping again soon.

How much water are you drinking per day?

I'm drinking between 80-100 oz. I'm trying to increase that, but I'm a teacher and can't leave my classroom to go to the bathroom very often.

Adding that our bodies are capable of holding on for weeks without dropping a single pound. When I was losing (after surgery, but I believe same rule applies) I lost in a stair step fashion. I would lose a couple of pounds, then nothing for maybe two weeks, then drop more weight. How long have you been dollowing this diet from your doctor? Maybe give it a couple more weeks?

And after you have surgery this will continue. It is a long game, but eventually you lose at those calories.

It's only been a week and a half. I know that isn't a long time, but this is SUCH a tough time for me. Starting a new plan is always so difficult, but usually I lose in the beginning so that keeps me motivated. This time... not so much.

Does his office have a Dietitian you can meet with? I can see why you are struggling that is not a lot of food when you do not have the advantage of surgery, and surgery isn't for months.

If you have any green veggies you like I would add them in.

Weather is getting nice just start walking. I didn't start 'working out' until I lost 100 pounds. I did my 30 minutes of activity though ... I would do things like turn on music and just dance.

Yes they do and I have an appointment set with her, but it isn't for a couple of weeks. Until then, I feel like I'm kind of on my own. I did decide to go to the gym last night. It was that or a big bowl of pasta... so I went instead.
