Tracking your lab results

It's very important for us to keep track of all of our lab results after surgery. Our doctors may not see the change in results over time, and it's important to look at trends to prevent bad situations from getting worse!

I've made a Google spreadsheet version of the FABULOUS record-keeping workbook made by Pam Tremble, you can download it here:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FWmfhM5GyfARticurwaI BFazzWqHBz9jDmvby9j_B_o/edit?usp=sharing

To make a copy for yourself, click on "File" in the upper left, then "Make a Copy." You can save a blank version of this spreadsheet to your Google account, and come back to update the records every time you have blood work done.

Julie, this is AWESOME! Thank you! At 4+ years out, my ferritin is so low I need iron infusions. I should have been tracking this all along. Let me be a cautionary tale to others!
