Thanks for the positive reinforcement, I really struggle with that scale number at times and it is because I have 178 in my head!

The other thing that annoys my head is frame size! So if the wrist measurements are correct on determining your frame I am a small. Very small wrists and thin fingers size 4.5 ring finger. This means my ideal is like 123 -136 which is sooo crazy to me at 5 foot 7! This I think bothers my head even more then the BMI chart! When I was in 140 to 158 (normal BMI) still thinking over weight given my allegedly small frame! The craziness never ends!! We need to stop the crazy people in our heads!!!

I don't know, I think frame size matters. I'm 5'7" tall and my wrist measurement puts me right on the cusp of small to medium frame and I'm 124-128lbs most recently. I am not boney or anything. I wear a medium top and a small bottom and have a giant rib cage!

I think you look great in your pics too! I worked out a lot but at 140 I looked thinner then I liked. At 150 to 155 I had more curves and prettier I was told. also age is a factor I had my surgery at 42 and am now 51 -- 52 in September. You are much younger and I think a factor.... here I am at 145 ... 3 years out and I think closer to 140 in pic with husband .... I can't imagine myself 15 lb less then these pics ...about 150 to 155 infront of castle I like that look on me better and still a healthy BMI but not a small frame which my wrist measures.

You look great! I pretty much have no curves, but I'm ok with that. I was apple shaped when I was big and now I'm just ruler shaped, lol.

Erin, you look fantastic! Truly!!! My face and neck in particular needed the little bit extra weight. Too veiny and bony. I can't imagine how my neck and face would look at 125 and 5 7. I am 15 lbs from being back to 153 lbs a normal BMI regardless of frame! 10 years out soon and I already took off 25 the past year so the rest should be easy!! I need to stick the course.... and accept that no matter what my frame is be happy with a normal BMI at this point in my life.

(edited spelling again ... small iPhone not ideal! Should use my laptop!)
