Economic opportunities ... and very mixed feelings

You CAN forgive. You wake up everyday and make it your first choice of the day. Find an inspiring quote, poem, song, or something self affirming which you can say to yourself. Something you can use for self affirmation. There will be moments when you'll be "triggered" and all of those negative thoughts and feelings will try to drag you back down the rabbit hope. Step away. Close your eyes. Deep breath. Find your affirming words of comfort. And then choose forgiveness again. Over time those trigger points will become fewer and farther between. (P.S.
