A couple of nsvs
I'm currently sick. I have double ear infection and a sinus infection which led to my left ear drum rupturing during last night. My nsv is that even with a slight fever I still have great blood pressure :-)
The other nsv is that my wife and I went to a Sportsmen and Outdoor Show yesterday and we climbed all over bunch of pontoon boats. It was pretty darn cool not feeling like I had to be extremely careful on the boat ladders. I'd always felt a lot of flex to them before but now they feel nice and solid. I know the ladders haven't changed, I sure have though!
There is an obvious scale Victory here as well. That 160 is with me dressed in a pair of steel toe boots, jeans, under clothes and a hoodie. Between all of my clothes and the crap that I have in my pockets I bet I've got an extra 10 lbs on me plus I've already had some breakfast.

I'm guessing there's more steel than you're letting on.

Hope you are feeling better soon and congratulations on the NSVs -- I know what you mean about the ladders!

Feel better! Yikes ruptured ear drum.
Difference between a man and a woman or probably most woman, when getting weighed at a doctor ... make appt in morning, breakfast will be none or super light, will not wear something heavy, even my jewelry will be minimal and my shoes will come off before I step on scale!!!
Congrats to you!!
So true, DH will go "as is", any time of day for his appt. I go first thing in the am if possible, or if I have to go after work, make sure I don't eat or drink anything after lunch, wear my lightest clothes and take off anything possible before stepping on the scale. Mind games!
Congrats on the NSVs and sorry about being sick.
