Is an air fryer worth the money? Do you use yours regularly and for what?

I think it really acts like a convection oven. One of the reasons i hesitated to buy one is I kind of have a powerful built in convection oven in my WOLF commercial stove- there's an air blower in one of the ovens which also can simultaneously use an electric broiler and gas oven heat . Basically blast furnacing whatever food you put in there .

Ive never really experimentred with it - the commercial electric broiler alone is strong enough t o burn any food that's not literally watched over - five extra seconds is too much.

But I would imagine it COULD work as an air fryer .. im just scared to try it
