Take it easy and drink as much as you can.

i think the way insurance is they are keeping people not as long as they use to. Unfortunately sometimes.

The best to you on your new journey! Hopefully your Dad will be inspired by you!

(I am a Megan too and spell same way as you!)

No, never had hair loss.... I have long hair too so would be noticeable. Stay vigilant with vitamins.

From day 1, I took prenatal vitamins... as my multi vitamin ( in addition to calcium 2timesaday, magnesium, Another D3, Carbonyl iron and B12. prescription prenatal in the beginning then switched to an over the counter prenatal at CVS I double up here too ....twice a day... biotin is in the prenatal which is supposed to be good for hair. My hair and nails stayed strong.

Do what your doctor tells you. I am almost 10 years out so I don't remember exactly. I know I was taking prenatal vitamins before surgery.... I may have stopped them for a week or two or three PostOp, would make sense since I remember how hard it was to even drink water. I should not have said from day 1 ....meant pre op and as soon as I was taking vitamins. Have a good day!

Up 15 lbs from goal but working on getting back off. Not easy and you have to work it as years go on .... lifestyle change for life.
